The 11th German Corporate Governance Code Conference will take place in Berlin on 13 and 14 June 2012. Under the theme, “Good Corporate Governance - Trust through Transparency and Clarity of Information”, the Government Commission of the German Corporate Governance Code has invited international and German experts on national and global developments in good corporate governance for discussions with around 150 guests from Germany and abroad.
